After an extensive search process, Hillsboro Aero Academy has hired one of its own for the General Manager position. Dan Doepker, our Helicopter Chief Instructor, has accepted the position. Dan’s experience working for our flight school as the Chief Instructor, Assistant Chief Instructor, a helicopter and airplane flight instructor, ground instructor in addition to working in similar capacities for several other schools makes him well suited for the role managing our school’s day-to-day operations. Dan will begin his new role once he hires a new Helicopter Chief Instructor to replace him.
